The Latvian Flag

It is said the Latvian is one of the oldest in the world. According to Wikipedia it was in use as early as the 1300s.

The flags are flying with pride this weekend, the centenary of Latvian Independence. These flags are on the building on the corner of Elizabetes iela and Tērbatas iela in central Riga.
