The eScooters have arrived in Rīga. This one is part of the BOLT franchise. BOLT is Rīga’s answer to Uber but last week introduced eScooters. Just load up the app and find the nearest eScooter. This one was sitting the middle of Kalēju iela in Vecrīga all ready to go.
